Do you supply both manufacturers and distributors?

We work with both manufacturers and distributors across Europe and beyond. For distributors, we support volume purchasing with competitive pricing and flexible packaging options. For manufacturers, we focus on supply continuity—especially during shorts markets—by prioritizing reliable allocation and short supply chains where possible.

What information do you need to recommend the right chemical?

To recommend the right product quickly, the most helpful information is:
CAS number (or SDS/MSDS)
Application / end-use (what you’re making and how the chemical is used)
Key specifications (purity, inhibitor, water content, color, acidity, etc.)
Required approvals/compliance (e.g., REACH status, food/contact, battery grade)
Annual volume + delivery cadence (spot, monthly, call-offs)
Packaging & logistics (bulk, IBC, drum; destination; preferred Incoterms)

Do you help customers replace a chemical with an equivalent alternative?

If you need an equivalent or more cost-effective alternative, we can propose options based on your specifications, regulatory requirements, and performance needs. We’ll align on critical parameters (purity, inhibitors, water content, odor, boiling range, etc.) and confirm documentation so you can evaluate the substitute confidently.

Can you support both spot buys and long-term supply?

Yes. We support:
Spot buys for urgent requirements (often with fast lead times depending on location and availability)
Call-offs for recurring needs with flexible scheduling
Long-term contracts (e.g., 6–12 months+) to stabilize pricing and supply
For long-term programs, we’ll align on your forecast, specs, and preferred contract structure.

Can you support REACH requirements and documentation?

We can support REACH-aligned sourcing by providing the appropriate SDS, compliance documentation, and supplier confirmation for EU supply. If a product requires additional REACH work, we can coordinate with qualified partners to explore the compliant route and documentation pathway, depending on substance status, tonnage, and intended use.

Can you source hard-to-find products for a specific industry?

If you have the CAS number (or an SDS/MSDS), we can source hard-to-find products through our network of specialized manufacturers. For urgent cases, we can also explore expedited logistics (including compliant air freight where permitted) and coordinate customs and documentation to reduce delays.
